- Go to: yest-curve.returnless.com to register your return.
- Easily register your return by entering the reference starting with YC followed by 4 numbers and email address.
- Add the packing slip to the order.
- Drop off the package at the selected returns point.
- Returns of purchases from other partners or other partner webshops cannot be processed and credited.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange purchases online.

Once your return has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation within 24 hours. Please allow a few additional business days for processing, depending on your payment method. iDEAL: 2 to 3 days. Credit card: up to 31 days.
Please keep your shipping receipt with Track & Trace. This is the only way we can initiate a search if your item is lost.

If you return part of your order to which a discount has been applied, the discount will be adjusted accordingly.
If you return everything, the entire discount will be forfeited.
